Contracting and working with third parties

Breakfast Seminars

23, 26, 27 and 30 October 2017 | 8:30 am CET

According to Deloitte’s latest Human Capital Trends study, companies are increasingly turning to external service providers (so called “third parties”) to reinforce or replace their own workforce.

During the next series of breakfast seminars, the Employment, pensions & benefits team will deal with the different possible forms of collaboration with third parties.

The team will particularly go into detail with respect to collaborations with freelancers, looking at how they can be integrated within the organisation without jeopardising their self-employed status.

Another major segment of the seminar will address the contracting of other (Belgian and foreign) companies that provide services by using Belgian and foreign employees. On this last point, the team will look at how to prevent illegal employment, and responsibility when subcontractors do not comply with requirements.

In these seminars, participants will benefit from a clear overview, with all points of attention and the solutions to reduce the risks substantially.

The Employment, pensions and benefits team is looking forward to welcoming you during these sessions.
