Marc Van tieghem

Marc is a member of Deloitte Legal's Corporate and M&A team of lawyers.

He has a broad practice, advising clients on domestic and cross-border M&A and real estate transactions, corporate reorganisations and corporate disputes. In addition to his wide experience in a variety of industries and sectors, Marc’s practice has a particular focus on the public sector, including public enterprise and public private partnerships.

Marc is, together with Danny Stas, also the lead for the Legal Management Consulting (LMC) offering.
