Greet Van Lierde

Geert Van Lierde is a senior lawyer in corporate law.  She started her career at Laga in 2001 having worked at Deloitte Tax & Legal as a Senior Manager from 1988 – 2001. Greet specialises in company law and advises on Belgian  company law and the registration of foreign companies as contractors, she provides assistance with and drafting of all documents relating to companies; analysis and/or negotiation of merger and acquisition agreements.

Greet holds a law degree from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels (VUB), 1987 where she also followed specializations in Company law and Labour law. She is a member of the Brussels Bar.
