Emmanuel Leroux

Emmanuel Leroux has been a lawyer in our Corporate and M&A department since 2001. He advises on corporate law.  Emmanuel is involved in advisory on corporate governance, shareholders agreements especially in family owned companies, management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and legal due diligence and he also has experience in litigation. In addition to his duties at Laga, he is a teaching assistant at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Kortrijk department (KULAK).

Emmanuel holds a Law degree from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and the Facultés Universitiares Notre Dame de la Paix (Namur), 2001.
