Inge Derde

Inge Derde joined the Employment Law department at Laga in April 2004. She is a member of both the Brussels and Kortrijk Bar. She specialises in litigation, and all aspects of employment contracts and service agreements, with emphasis on the draft of the contracts, the remuneration structure (including all social security aspects), and the termination modalities. At the request of her clients, Inge is often involved in negotiations. Finally, Inge is focusing an important part of her time on employment files within the public sector.

Inge obtained a Law degree (1994) and a special degree in European Law (1995) from the University of Ghent.
