Kathleen De hornois

Kathleen joined Laga in June 2011 as head of the public, administrative and environmental law practice.  She specialises in public procurement, administrative law and environmental law.Kathleen has extensive experience in administrative law, public procurement, public-private partnerships, environmental law, town planning and real estate in general.

She worked for 6 years as senior legal counsel in charge of all public and administrative law aspects at bpost, during which she was involved in all major investment projects. As of June 2010, Kathleen headed the real estate department of bpost.

Before joining bpost, Kathleen built her legal expertise in the public law department of DLA.
