Didier Berckmans

Didier Berckmans is a member of the employment and social security department at Laga and has been appointed counsel effective October 1, 2010.

Didier specialises in social audits, due diligences and compensation and benefits. Other areas of expertise include contract drafting, termination planning, cross-border employment, self-employed workers, transfers of undertakings and high profile litigation.

Didier holds a Law degree from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL), 1999. He is active with the Brussels Chamber of Commerce (BECI) and frequently speaks at seminars.
