The Belgian securitisation market has become acquainted with the new legislative framework resulting from the Act of 20 July 2004 implementing the EU Undertakings for Collective Investments in Transferable Securities (UCITS) Directives and the Act of 16 June 2006 implementing the EU Prospectus Directive, which amends the former prospectus legislation.
