Commercial law, IP and ICT
Laga’s Commercial law, Intellectual Property (IP) and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) team consists approximately of ten lawyers who (i) advise on commercial, IP or ICT related issues, (ii) draft agreements, and (iii) regularly represent private and corporate clients in commercial, IP and ICT litigation.
Besides a shared knowledge of general commercial law and IP & ICT, each team member has his or her own specialisation (e.g. commercial distribution, lease, trade practices, insolvency, counterfeiting, privacy, computer crime, e-commerce).
