Frank Vanbiervliet and Stany Vaes co-author a book about Soil legislation.
This book (in dutch) came about after the implementation of the new Flemish soil clean up regulations. Besides the regulatory provisions, this book also contains numerous relevant documents (judgments, official guidelines, ...) on accounting, tax reserves and tax deductions applied to soil clean up costs.
