Employment law counsel, Sofie Bontinck, was interviewed by leading recruitment magazine Vacature for an article about the increase in premiums paid to employees by the Flemish government.
The increased premiums are paid following two conditions:
- That the work hours of the employee are decreased
- That the employer is faced with difficulties running the business
