Silvia Van Dyck specialises in fraud and white-collar crime. She has been awarded the Fernand Collin Prize for her PhD dissertation on Forgery in documents. Last month, Silvia was published again, this time in Nullum Crimen (No.4 Aug 09) a journal dedicated to criminal law and proceedings. The article comments on two decisions by the Court de Cassation regarding forgery in documents.
