Privacy in the Workplace: Europe versus the US?
The American Chamber of Commerce Belgium held a unique Human Ressources Committee Conference on 13 November 2008 in Diegem (Brussels) featuring guest speakers from Belgium and the United States.

Employment law partner Stefan Nerinckx (BE) and partner for Nixon Peabody Philip Berkowitz (US) highlighted the different approaches to privacy rights for employees in America and Europe. This conference brought together two experts on privacy rights from each side of the Atlantic to provide combined input on employer and employee protection and company security with regards to privacy.
