Entry into force of the law reforming security rights on moveable assets delayed by George Botaris — last modified Dec 05, 2014 06:34 PM
A recent Law published in the Belgian Official Journal on 1 December 2014 has delayed the entry into force of the law dated 11 July 2013 reforming security rights on moveable assets (the “New Pledge Law”) until 1 January 2017 at the latest or any earlier date determined by Royal Decree.
