Samuel Vanthienen

Samuel is a member of the Tax Dispute Resolution Team within Deloitte Legal.

Samuel joined Deloitte Legal in 2015. He has more than 11 years of experience in assisting clients in tax audits and tax disputes. Samuel’s practice focuses on advising and assisting both global and local corporations, including financial institutions, as well as private clients facing tax challenges. His expertise covers corporate income tax, withholding taxes and financial taxes.

Samuel has also gained expertise in assisting clients in cross-border tax disputes, including TP audits and disputes.

He has extensive experience assisting clients both during administrative proceedings and before national tax courts, including the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation.
