Deloitte Legal assists Home Invest Belgium with the successful capital increase of 30 million euro via accelerated bookbuilding 

Deloitte Legal is proud to have assisted Home Invest Belgium, the specialist in residential rental real estate, with the successful capital increase of 30 million euro (1,417,770 new shares) through a private placement with accelerated bookbuilding procedure.
