Salary package

• Base Fee. An attractive fee which increases in line with your career.
• Bonus. The Performance Reward Programme pays extra for exceptional performance or contributions.

Work-life balance

• Working from different offices across Belgium: Antwerpen, Brussels, Kortrijk and Namur
• Chargeable hours. 1200 – 1400 hours per year giving you more time for family and other matters.
• Vacation. Up to 10 extra days in addition to the required 20 vacation days.
• Ironing services. A necessary chore most people prefer to avoid. Take advantage of this personalised service and optimise your free time.

Training & development

• Professional qualifications. We support efforts to expand your opportunities to obtain diplomas or professional qualifications whilst at work.
